Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a class for which you have been confirmed registered, ExecuTrain of Utah will make every effort to accommodate your request.   However, since this incurs additional costs and significant inconvenience, ExecuTrain o f Utah has a specific cancellation policy.

All cancellation requests require written notification subject to the following timeline:

• Microsoft Office classes (excluding VBA) require notice at least 3 business days prior to class.
• Business Skill classes require notice at least 5 business days before class.
• Adobe, Technical (including VBA), Project Management, Six Sigma or Private classes require notice at least 10 business days before class.

Please email your written cancellation notification to cancel@utahexecutrain.com or send your cancellation letter to ExecuTrain of Utah, c/o Cancellations, 1444 West 2200 South, West Valley City, Utah 84119. 

Cancellation Fees

If you fail to notify ExecuTrain of Utah by timeline outlined above, you will be invoiced 50% of the total price of the class.

If you fail to attend a class (“No-Show”) without notifying our office in writing prior to the class you will be invoiced 100% of the total price of the class.

Students may choose to pay full price for the class instead of the cancellation fee and take the same class when it is scheduled again subject to the retake policy below.

All fees associated with a cancellation, or a No-Show are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Any courseware associated with canceled classes will be available to you upon the full payment of your invoice. 

Rescheduling Classes

If you need to cancel and reschedule a class, please contact the Registration Department at register@utahexecutrain.com or call   801-561-8511 x109.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Retake Policy

Provided that your account is current and all invoices have been paid, you may retake any class for which you have previously attended.  Any retake is subject to the following provisions:

• You can retake the class for the catalogue life of the class.
• You own and can provide the current manual.
• There is seating availability in the class you wish to retake.
• You may be bumped at any time in order to accommodate paying students.

Cancelled Classes

ExecuTrain of Utah reserves the right to cancel or move any class.   In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place after your booking has been confirmed in writing, ExecuTrain of Utah will make every effort to reschedule the course.   If a cancellation occurs, ExecuTrain of Utah will contact you and offer you an alternative date to reschedule the course.  If rescheduling the course is not possible, ExecuTrain of Utah will refund your fees.
